To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated specialist (m/f/w) in the area of customer support. As part of our Customer Experience team, you will process all incoming support requests for our customers. You will also work on the customer journey and the optimization of the various touch points on a daily basis.
Deine Aufgabe
- You are the first and central point of contact for our customers
- You process all incoming support requests via phone, chat, email and social media
- You are responsible for monitoring the various review platforms
- You update and maintain our internal database
- You take over the reporting as Voice of the Customer in the support area
- You are responsible for solving customer problems, complaint management and escalation of complex issues
- You provide product-related information and advice on our products and services
- You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and customer-oriented communication
Deine Profil
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Ideally initial experience in customer support or in the customer experience area
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- High service orientation and the ability to understand customer concerns empathetically and solve them effectively
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate with other departments
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English and German would be preferable
