At Snapbuy, we are currently scaling our international D2C dropshipping business from 200 to 20,000 SKUs. Our vision: a highly efficient, small team that moves massive global volume through smart processes and system automation (Shopify Plus, Xentral ERP, n8n).
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager (m/f/d). You are the engine room of our growth. While we build the technological AI and automation systems in the background, you ensure that our day-to-day operations run at a world-class level. You take full ownership of our global supply chain, manage our external partners, and continuously optimize the customer experience.
Deine Aufgabe
Global Sourcing & Supplier Development:
You are our driving force in Asia. You source new products, negotiate firmly yet fairly, ensure quality control, and strategically develop our suppliers in China.
End-to-End Supply Chain & Fulfillment:
You are responsible for our entire logistics chain. You manage our 3PL partners, monitor lead times, optimize return processes, and negotiate freight and shipping contracts.
Customer Service Setup & Agency Management:
Customer service is a key part of the customer experience. You take ownership of our customer service setup, manage our external CS agency, and continuously develop quality standards and guidelines.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
You establish clear structures. You analyze data on delivery times, returns, costs, and service metrics, identify inefficiencies, and proactively implement process improvements.
Process Design for Automation:
You identify manual bottlenecks within your operational scope and define requirements to automate these workflows together with our tech team (Shopify Plus, Xentral, n8n).
Dein Profil
Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of solid experience in D2C e-commerce, supply chain management, or operations in a high-growth environment.
Negotiation Skills & China Expertise:
You are highly experienced in sourcing and supplier communication (especially in Asia) and know how to consistently enforce quality and pricing targets.
Partner Management:
You have successfully worked with fulfillment providers (3PL) and customer service agencies and know how to manage them using KPIs.
Tech Affinity & Data Mindset:
You don’t code yourself but are confident using e-commerce systems (Shopify Plus, ERP software such as Xentral) and make decisions based on solid data analysis.
Languages:
Fluent in German and English. Mandarin skills are a strong plus.
